Manchester United, having played Fulham on Friday, began their jubilee 100-th season in the English top division. According to Opta stats, Man United became only the fifth team to reach this mark – after Everton, Aston Villa, Liverpool and Arsenal.
It is curious that Arsenal performed better than others in their hundredth season – in 2016-17 they finished in fifth place.
